I recently came across some floppy disks from my college days.  In among them I found the original version of this site (or at least one shortly after it was set up). The site was founded in Feb 97, at least that's when I set up the counter.  That means we are approaching the 6th birthday of this site.

Originally set up on fortunecity.com I set up the site after handing over responsibility for the University of Limerick Debating Union website to the new auditor.  The original purpose was to allow me continue to gather results from past Worlds (still not complete 6 years later!!!) and to act as a point of reference for my tutorials.  

The original site contained ~30 pages.  The site moved to it's current home in debating.net in 1999. The current site contains over 300 pages.
